Roll offs:
J & J Sanitation offers a wide variety of construction containers and open top roll off dumpsters for all types of projects.

- Removal and delivery dates can be scheduled in advance or with as little notice as 24-48 hours.

(Safety Tips)Roll-Offs
- Containers should never be positioned underneath overhead power lines to avoid danger of electrocution or damages to vehicles
- Due to safety restrictions, toxic, hazardous, or flammable materials are not allowed in the containers
- Do not overload the containers. For heavy materials, such as concrete, do not fill the container more than half full. If Containers are overfull you may be required to remove some of the loaded items before we can safely and properly remove your roll off container.
- Keep children away from all containers.
- Roll off dumpsters containing asbestos are required a special permit at no additional charge.
- Download printable asbestos permit, required for all roll offs containing producst potentially contaminated with asbestos.
Dumpsters:
Although dumpsters are one of the most convenient ways to dispose of debris, landfills have banned specific items that cannot be placed in our containers, which are listed below.
When you develop bulk amounts of construction debris we request that you contact our office to inquire about safe and proper techniques to dispose of these items. We have a variety of options available to suit anyone's needs! Please contact us to learn more about these available options.

- All Regular Household Trash
- Grass/Leaves: Allowed to be comingled only during the months of December 1st – March 31st.

- Due to safety restrictions, toxic, hazardous, or flammable materials are not allowed in the containers
- Due to the weight of the dumpster and the disposed of items, we request that you do not place the dumpster on a concrete slab or driveway as some concrete will crack under the heavy weight of a full container of debris.

- Roll off dumpsters containing asbestos are required a special permit at no additional charge.
